We’re looking for an Art Director to lead the visual identity and user experience of our real-time gaming products. If you love working at the intersection of design, technology, and entertainment—and you're ready to shape the future of live iGaming—this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling visual concepts for live games, and interfaces.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team: motion designers, graphic designers, 2D/3D artists, UI/UX designers.

Oversee the full design pipeline—from initial concepts and sketches to final production and integration in Unreal Engine.

Create and maintain a consistent design system and UI Kit: color schemes, typography, buttons, and promotional elements.

Ensure visual consistency across all products and maintain brand identity.

Collaborate closely with game designers, product owners, project managers, technical artists (Unreal), and ML engineers.

Define and optimize design processes, pipelines, and collaboration with frontend/backend teams.

Stay ahead of trends in iGaming, VFX, and real-time production.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience as an Art Director or Lead Designer in live games, online casinos, or interactive TV gaming.

5+ years of UX/UI design experience (web, mobile, or gaming).
Fluent Business English, both spoken and written.

Solid understanding of VFX and video composition—especially in collaboration with Unreal Engine teams.

Expert in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects.

Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Niagara, and Sequencer (basic level is a plus).

Experience building and maintaining UI kits and design systems.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Strong team management skills: delegation, feedback, planning.

Excellent soft skills, high accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

Proactive, initiative-driven, and ownership-oriented.

Nice to Have

Experience in brand development and visual identity creation.

Background in working with 3D artists, motion designers, and technical artists.

Involvement in launching games from scratch to release.
